BYU doesn't have a spring break. It's probably the lamest thing ever. But it's true. So...a few weeks ago I decided to make my own spring break...while going to school. It was simple...go to class and do NOTHING else. Shoot...sometimes don't even go to class.
Wednesday that week was Saint Patrick's Day so of course there were parties and friends and no thought of class. Oh except I had to take a test the next day. I solved that issue by skipping my first class to study and pack...except the BYU game was on and I just had to watch. I solved that issue by studying a little, watching the game, taking my test and skipping my last class to pack. Result...I didn't go to class all day...but I managed to take a test and watch BYU win a first round tournament game for the first time in...FOREVER. That Thursday night I drove with a group of friends to Colorado for some relaxing and snowboarding. It was so much fun. Carrie's family was so nice to let us crash their spring break trip.
On Friday we spent the day shopping at the outlets. It was a productive day...I found way too many cute clothes.
On Saturday we went to Vail for some boarding. It had snowed the day before so the powder was a little difficult to get used to but so great and Vail is HUGE. It was a hard day of boarding and by the end of it we were all exhausted.

It was such a great week. I am still paying for it in make up work but who really cares. I loved every second of it. Special thanks to Carrie's family for letting us stay in their house!

I just wanted to add the fact that we also made it a spring break by your fabulous visit to my school to get your teeth cleaned! :) haha Definitely made it all the better!
